Ages 6-14 This class provides a healthy alternative to the daily homeschool routine, and an outlet for parents to network with other homeschoolers. Class time will promote a fitness routine and fun that can be used all year round to help provide a well rounded experience for youth.
Refresh and rejuvenate throughout your pregnancy and postpartum period with a special pre/postnatal water workout. This class is designed to be very effective and comforting to your changing body. It's a great workout for postpartum moms to safely strengthen your pelvic muscles and body after birth. For pregnant moms, you will experience improved circulation and a feeling of 'weightlessness'. Buoyancy also allows you to exercise on your back without restricting oxygen flow to you and baby. Each class includes cardio, strength training, flexibility and labor preparation. Please note that all pregnant participants need doctor's consent to participate.
A postpartum health and fitness routine is the best way for new moms to regain their confidence, their energy and their figures. The camp combines strength training and cardiovascular exercises, incorporating babies and strollers into the workout as much as possible while offering a great bonding opportunity for mom and baby.
This energetic one hour circuit will use a variety of equipment, focusing on form and technique. This class is ideal for beginner exercisers but can be adapted for all fitness levels. Great social and supportive environment.
Are you interested in running a 5k? This program is for anyone who has never run or would like to get back to running. The Walk to Run 5k program will help you progress from walking to running while learning how to safely increase your distance, improve form and increase your pace. You will learn the importance of cross training and recovery while training with our experienced Instructors. In inclement weather class will be held in the Fitness Studio.
